    I eat overnight oats regularly. It keeps my sugars down, and allows you to get creative with the flavors/toppings.

    I had McDonald's cause I was crazy tired. Need to get home at a reasonable time tonight so I can prepare better for tomorrow.

    I usually have a late breakfast at the office. Today I had yogurt and high fiber cereal. You learn to like it eventually
