I finally made some oopsie bread over the weekend, most of it was pretty runny but I did get a couple out of it. But I found it just tastes like egg lol Since its made of egg, I don't know why I was surprised by this. Do you guys add anything to it to make it taste better?

I find them quite disgusting. On rare occasions, I make flat bread out of almond flour, cream cheese, egg, parmesan and a little bit of baking powder.0

Add in some ground flax, maybe? Have been meaning to try that for the same reason -- too eggy! I prefer the Caveman Keto's almond buns or the flax ones. Or a mix of both! http://cavemanketo.com/faux-bread-quest-flax-buns/

Hmmm. I found a recipe complete with pictures that looked pretty good. I was baking for my husband and pregnant neighbor today (yesterday) and didn't have time to make them. I'll post the link here. Let me know if it's similar because it looks good, but I won't waste the ingredients if it sucks.

They work for me. But I don't really use them as bread. I use them more like wraps so I put a bunch of stuff in them. The egg flavor just enhances whatever I have inside so I'm good with that. I wouldn't really use it as a bread substitute though because, yeah, definitely an egg taste.0

That's the recipe I used.
Funny though a day later, they don't taste as eggy. Im using them as a bread for a sandwich.
