B- 2 eggs, lite string cheese, tomato
L- Chef salad (no meat), very low calorie dressing
Snack-almonds (180 calories)
Supper-turkey, squash
96 ounces water
95 minutes pickle ball
40 minutes of very brisk treadmill walking

    L- bigger bow of chili
    S- PB&J sandwich (cuz I can)
    Snack was a fun size twix bar and a tiny bag of chocolate covered blueberries. Joletta you know what I'm talking about.
    Good on water and a 30 minute walk with the dog.

    What is pickle ball?

    B - cranberry instant oatmeal, strawberry banana chobani Greek yogurt, and banana. 2 cups coffee with creamer.
    L - one small steak soft shell wrap and 1/2 pizza calzone (all homemade) and a cinnamon roll protein bar
    D - 2 slices homemade supreme pizza and 1/2 cup pasta salad.
    120oz of water
    Regular walking for exercises. Not a lot tho.

    Oops. I forgot to post for yesterday.
    Breakfast-chicken salad
    Lunch-small chicken thigh and 1 cup blueberries
    Supper-1scoop scalloped potatoes and 1/2 mango
    Water64 oz
    Walked 10700 steps (this includes 1hour of a Zumba class).
    Our Zumba teacher asked everyone for a non scale weight tip or comment. I told about our group and I won a free class!!
