    B- two eggs, lite string cheese
    L-spaghetti squash, spaghetti sauce, all beef hot dog, 2 T. Parmesan cheese
    Snack-handful of almonds
    Supper- bowl of homemade turkey noodle soup, Greek yoghurt (100 caloris)
    74 ounces water
    1 hour walking at very brisk pace

    Great job on winning the Zumba class mom!
    B- oatmeal packet
    L- 0
    S- taco salad with a handful of crushed chips instead of taco shell
    Lots of water and a good long walk with the dog
    Felt good about today! Looking forward to the scale in the morning. Whoop whoop! Great work everybody!

    B- malt o meal with honey, milk
    L- beef & broccoli, chicken lo mein, fried rice, apple
    D- 1/2 chicken fried steak, mashed portatoes, gravy
    Snack- cheese it crackers
    Snack- air popped popcorn with a little butter

    Water- 52 oz - hopefully another 26 oz tonight
    Steps- 11,380 so far

    B - yogurt bowl with mixed fruit and coffee with creamer
    L - large apple and oatmeal choc chunk protein bar
    D - cottage cheese and sweet potato with a chicken salad sandwhich
    Under my calorie goal
    Only had 60oz of water. But tomorrow I'll have more

    Snack- banana and a few almonds, 1//2 carmel macchiato
    S- 2 all beef hot dogs, spaghetti squash
    74 ounces water
    30 minutes of moderate speed walking
