    Supper-toast beef, cauliflower, Cole slaw
    Snack-handful carrots and 1 caramel
    Water-64 oz
    Exercise-walk 9600 steps

    S- scallop potato and ham homemade
    Snack- Carmel, Doritos

    So tired of eating good and exercising and not loosing any weight. Up .2 pounds...again. Getting frustrated.

    I agree with Joy. You'll see results but sometimes it doesn't happen every day. I'm reading a great book that explains a lot about the proper dieting to cut weight in a healthy way. Which includes proper exercise. It's not just about cutting calories to lose weight but also eating the right amount of carbs, proteins, and dietary fats. It's a good read. Not boring. You guys should check it out. I've learned a lot. Everything is completely tailored to you specifically. The author is Michael Matthews and the book is for women, called Thinner Leaner Stronger.

    Oh and the book explains that healthy weight loss is 0.5-1lb per week, however, that number can be skewed on a day to day basis based on water water and or dumping of water weight - which is greatly effected by many things including sodium intake.

    Here's what I ate:
    B - coffee with creamer
    L - skinless, baked chicken breast in salad (Sam we site the same thing!!) and an apple
    D - lobster mac and cheese with cottage cheese
    0nly 66oz of water - haven't been doing well on that!

    Good on water.
    Not so good on exercise. 14 hour day at work.
