Workout plan and Meal plan buddy

Hey guys! I'm a 5'4" gal trying to lose 20 lbs by February and I have been super active and into the gym. However, eating has been a problem because I come from a Hispanic family and the food is way too good to choose broccoli and plain chicken over it. I'm looking for a couple of people to set up an exercise regimen with and stick to it as well as a meal plan so that we can work together and maybe even meet up for a vacation to show off our hot bods! What do you have in mind. I am currently with a broken ankle but following my diet to a T. I was in a build muscle and burn challenge until I broke my ankle two weeks ago. I am still exercising but slowly getting back into it as best as I can with the injury.0
