Let's Talk Nov Challenge

I was just going to focus on basics and planning to prep for the holidays. Both are very important, IMO. But you know I feel that way as I've said it more than a few times. :wink:

Or did you all just want to join the current 90 Day Challenge?

Thoughts, add-ons, ideas for "Not This November!"?
A better name idea is good with me, too.

    Wow, I sure need a challenge to get me back on track. The next two months will fly by with all kinds of seasonal temptations. I wasn't ready a month ago for a 90 day challenge, but I'm in the mood for two months of mindfulness, that's for sure.

    Something like that.
    Usually hitting cals, carbs, water, exercise, pre-planning, and/or any other goals you need to focus on to keep on track and further your health.

    You can look at the October challenge stickie to get an idea of what it's going to be like.

    Anything for a little extra motivation... these next two months are chaos between family dinners and work insanity, plus middle school basketball games twice a week. I like the No Nonsense theme, too.

    I'm in! I would like to lose 20pounds in November. I have only started low carbing so factoring in/expecting water loss as well. November is also the last month of my 30s, birthday is midmonth and I want to get healthy and rid of this excess weight this time.

    Sure, I would not put a weight loss goal, but a running goal instead. 30 miles running specifically (not just using all mileage).

    I need a November challenge.... I start by joining these things but never post on the proper days, I'm too random, lol. I am linked to Weigh in Wednesdays, but haven't been there for ages. I think I might do a measurements challenge, since I do not seem to be losing on the scale since going below 25g - I guess I don't really care as long as I'm losing inches.
    I'm all for Nekkid November @kirkor - Jamaican vaycay most of December - need to be in bikini shape.
