Happy halloween! Happy monday. Its week 4. We're about 1/3 thru the challenge! What have u changed? New healthy food choices? Increased activity? Whats working for u?

I am doing more of both healthier food and daily activity. The sister challenge and the daily burn are going pretty well. I skipped a couple of days but i am getting all caught up. I even had some candy last night, but i tracked it all so i count that as a win. I am also trying to make sure that i am tracking everything, that is helping quite a bit. This weekend was kind of a mess because of late nights and then sleeping in throwing everything off, but i am back on track. Hopefully i will have more good news to report when i WI on Saturday.1
