Wow, that looks amazing Sheryl! I would definitely take some chairs out there and watch the world go by!0

Both of your projects look great Sheryl!0

Thank you all for your compliments. We are so pleased with the outcome. Haven't had a chance to just sit out there on the deck yet, but someday soon.0

I had my hands full this past weekend, with the neighbor's miniature donkey. I did not even take my camera across the street this time, but here are some photos from years back.
December 2014
And, this one from January 2015. Full of Hay, Sun is Shining, Life is Good!!
He's small but packs a powerful punch.

Here are a few of the latest photos of Jackson and Hudson that I copied off of Beth's FB page.
Hudson is 6 months old in these photos, taken in July, 2016
And, here's a comparison...the black and white top photo is Jackson at 6 months old.
Lots of photos,
Thanks for indulging me.

Love the pictures. Jack doesn't look mean at all - but looks are deceiving in his case. Those boys are growing up quickly. So cute.0

Aw, Little Jack looks SUPER-cute. You'd never guess how much of a handful he is! Great pics of the kids. Thanks for sharing!0

I agree, the little donkey devil looks very cute. The pics of the boys are absolutely fabulous!! The first one is very artsy (is that a word?). I love it. They are just darling!0
-
Isabella, I think "artsy" is a word. I understood it anyway.
And, I love "Donkey Devil", that fits him to a tee.
Here's the glider on the front deck.
The cushion is too thick, I'll be looking for something that fits a little better.

It matches the deck really well and looks comfy Sheryl!0

Love it Sheryl! Have you taken it for a "test drive" yet?0

Thanks all, for the compliments, it does look good out there. We sat on it for all of 10 minutes and John was antsy and took off. I can not get him to just sit and relax. It's very comfy, but there's not much to look at except traffic on our road. We'll get out there sometime when the animals are in the front yard and that might keep John's attention better. It rained on Friday and I noticed that yesterday, there was still some rain water puddled on part of it, I'll have to wipe it down before we sit on it after a rain. I'll get a small table and another chair and make it look more inviting. I know that when we have someone over, it will be a nice place to sit.0

Sounds like a perfect plan Sheryl!0

Here are a few pictures from our day trip last Tuesday. Coming home from the museum in The Dalles, we took the old scenic highway and climbed into the hills. You can see the Interstate down by the river.
Here's a look back to see the curves in the road to climb up to elevation.
And, the view heading back down towards the river.

I don't know if this will take or not...a 2 1/2 minute video of the kiteboarders.
No, it won't upload a video.
Here are some photos, but it doesn't do it justice, you can't see all the colors.

Here is the afghan I did for my friend. Her mother had done all the panels. I then put the cross stitching on it and put the panels together and then added the fringe. Learned things as I did it which I'll probably never use again but it was fun.0 -
Wow Debora, that is absolutely stunning!! You are very gifted! Plus, I don't know where you found the time with everything else that you do every day! You should be very proud!0
-
Thank you. It took me over a year to get done. Got to have something fun to do.0
-
Gorgeous!!! Yes, be very proud of your work.0
-
Very pretty Debora, and I love the fringe!0

The fringe was one of the new things I learned to do.0
