Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I know it's not Turkey Day, yet...but I just got a laugh out of this image. I hope you enjoy it too! Hope you have and/or had a great day! Rick

internet is giving me a problem at night so 11/8 yes x3
I do well on thanksgiving as my favorites are turkey and squash and jello. My mother says she's not sure where I came from even my daughter likes it all. What can I say if the jello isn't orange I probably won't touch that either. LOL

Good Morning! Last year at this time I had an asthma attack that lasted for 2 1/2 months. This year I just finished a 70 minute brisk walk along San Diego Bay. I averaged almost 4 mph. I'm very grateful to my daughter-in-law, Amanda, she is apulmonary nurse practitioner. She's the one that keeps me well.

That has also been my plan for the month as well! Hopefully, it will help keep me on track every day until then.

Methinks I struck out for November.
I am going to try for back on track tomorrow.
Here is my realization. I do want to change my eating habit especially with respect to down exercise days. Why? Because as I get older down exercise days are going to increase and come closer together.
Ugh. Yesterday I ate double my calorie budget. And I didn't exercise. Well I planted a tree but that ain't really exercise. Not that scales to how much I ate anyway.

Oh, and I got up this morning and my back was "on edge." So I didn't exercise today.

But I ain't giving up. I been working it a few years so a couple of days out of tolerance isn't total ruin.

Exercise? Yes. I knew I wouldn't make it to the gym so I went on longer walk breaks from my desk today.
Tracked every bite and stayed under budget. I had a girls night for dinner so I planned out my day so I would still be able to enjoy myself. I wasn't sure I would still pull it off but I pre-logged after looking at the menu and made good choices! Woohoo!

I'm home from California. It was great to be in San Diego down by the bay. I had a wonderful walk this morning before breakfast.
Exercise: 70 minutes of 4mph average walking
    Calories: substantially under
Tracking: hard to do on a travel day, but it worked and helped me be responsible.

Welcome back @RangerRickL. Great job being successful on your trip!

@Shutterbugg - Look at you planning ahead and staying within your calories! Well done.

Yes x 3. Went to ww this am and had a 4 pound loss. Amazing what focusing on protein and low carbs can do. I knew it from prior weight loss.... just had to turn that light back on in my brain.

Yes I did exercised. I did 30 on the elliptical and I did the lat down and the stomach crunch machine. I am going to start separating my exercises again. Have a leg day arm day and a core day. I have just been concentrating on getting back to it.

I ate less calories then I was supposed to.

And yes I kept track of all my food.
