Remember that u cant outrun a poor diet. Exercise is necessary but what u eat has more impact on ur weight and ur health in general.

I am finally ready to start tracking and exercising. i am about to go swimming now.
this week i will track my food, swim at least 3 days this week and check in to MFP.1
