Even though I lost I wasn't happy with my week because I ate over my goal on many days. Don't know why I craved food so much this past week, but am hoping to have a much better week. Only made it to the gym once this past week, but aiming for at least 4 days this week.

I have been tracking food this week which i struggle to do consistently and yikes i was way over every day but one!! On the plus side i exercised twice this week which was once more then last week and twice more then the week before

Hello all: Decided I needed to start keeping myself accountable again so I'm back. I was using my food issues as an excuse to not do anything. I have been following Dr. Oz's Day Off Diet for a week and it's pretty easy to follw, I really like it. I have pretty much gained all my weight back, but it will come off again. I'm taking it one day at a time and sometimes even one minute at a time. I have not started an exercise routine yet but when the time is right I will. Anyway, I'm throwing myself back into this so here goes:

A good week for me, but the weekend, yikes! Weekends can be so brutal! Yesterday I ate double what I should :-( And then there is Thanksgiving this week...I just will have to work extra hard next week, and try not to do to much more damage this week.
