Hang in there. There aren't a ton of posters in this group, but be assured we are right there with you. Week 3 day three and lost 15 pounds so far. Motivation is an external stimulus and is always changing, but discipline comes from within. If your diet is disciplined with the exercise, it will work.0 -
Holy cow! Tomorrow is Friday again, and we're almost into week four. I finally nailed a workout for the first time today when I was able to do a lot of the unmodified moves on Cardio.0
