I just do not have the energy to exercise right now. I get home from our walk and just want to sleep. I hope I'm over this by next week. ugh!

Thanks, Paula. I am better today. DDD has it much worse than I do. Ended up with a sinus infection and nasty pink eye. We'll go over and help tonight. Going to walk in a bit.

Glad you are starting to feel better Chris. Hope DDD is getting better and that DGS does not get it.

I was very busy last night. Got in my miles and worked on my coloring project for another challenge. Seems funny spending time coloring when I could be working out. But it was kind of fun.

Hit the gym yesterday w/our trainer. Walked w/DH this morning. We helped a young girl find her bus stop. She was walking in the wrong direction. We got her to where she was supposed to be. Language was a barrier, but we managed. It did add almost two miles to our walk this morning. She was going to SF for the first time. Hope she stays safe.

I'm getting better but not there yet. Hoping by Monday I'll be back to normal...which isn't normal in anyone else's book, but what can I do?

    Paula,

I have never been so sick for so long. Even working w/first graders last year, I never got sick, and you know those little guys run around with runny noses and stuff... DDD says the same thing. This really sucks!

Chris I sure feel badly for you guys. Being sick sucks! We went to a craft fair. I hardly ever buy anything. Just love going. Then took my grandchildren to the movies. Had them over for dinner afterwards. Now I am going to a hockey game. Even walked the boys and did some weight training this morning.

Oh my Chris! I am so glad you were there to help the little girl. I am amazed at that. Hopefully she does not have that long of a walk everyday. Karma should be smiling on you both. o:) You deserve to be well. <3

Well I did one of my KCM kick boxing ones. It kicked my butt! I also got my bench press up to 70 pounds today for 5 reps. :drinker: yeah for me

Thanks, Shelley! She was interesting. She's been here for two months from China. She helps a family with four kids. She's teaching them Chinese and Mandarin. The mom is Chinese and the dad is white. She teaches English back in China and that was one reason she was going to SF to hear and understand it better.

Yeah, me too, Paula. We told her to be careful and that not everyone is nice. I hope it worked out for her.

I might not get in much exercise tonight. Have a large water change to do first. And I have to pick Sara up. Poor thing had to go back to the vets. She wanted to see how her stitches were doing, so she took them out! Silly kitty. The vet is going to have to open her up and do some draining and then stitch her back up.

    Hope everyone is feeling better.

Shelley, Oh, poor kitty! Will she need to wear a cone? Sounds like a cute little stinker. :naughty:

Paula she is wearing a cone now. But she can not eat or drink wearing it. So I have to keep taking it off and putting it back on. Good thing I go home during lunch. I think she is going to hate me. :'(:'( Taking it off is the easy part...................putting it back on, not so much!

That's so funny! Maybe her name should be Sara Wampus!!

Getting better...almost there! Cough is much better. Throat is good. Head is just a bit fuzzy.

Chris that is sounding hopeful. :) Get well. Sara Wampus. Has a nice ring to it.

So tonight I am going to try to catch some newly hatched clown fish. If I can do that successfully I will try raising some rotifers to feed them. One step at a time.
