I grew up with cowboys on TV (in black&white and later color), and the Saguaro Cactus is another iconic image of the American Southwest. They grow everywhere between Phoenix and Tucson.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep - 60 minute PiYo class, 30 minute Fit Board class, 45 minute Cardio Drumming class, 30 minute Tabata class, and 30 minutes strength training.

Yesterday, I was not able to get an internet connection. I started the day with a 47 minute brisk walk at dawn alongside the Monterey, CA marina. The picture above was taken there. I ended the day in Phoenix where I will spend Thanksgiving.
Yesterday, I did ok at my 3 yeses: Tracking; Calories and Exercise.
Today, I walked in the desert; calories were under the limit; and Tracking was ok.
It looks like a lot of our team mates are on Thanksgiving break. For you who are the few and the committed...I salute you!3 -

Just now getting caught up on responding for the days over the holiday. I didnt log in to my computer and I had trouble getting time to report while family was in town..
11/22 was Yes Xs 3. I cleaned all morning and tracked every bite. I was well under my calorie goal and even managed to hit 15K steps today.0
