Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    Happy Thanksgiving!

Morning view of the fog over Lake Tahoe, with the snow capped Sierra mountains encircling the lake.

Happy Thanksgiving to the UAC team from Phoenix North Mountain park. I feel blessed to be able to have had a vigorous hike earlier this morning. May we all find something to be grateful for today!
I am so glad for each one of you who have chosen to share a part of yourself with us here at the UAC!

    Wonderful photos.

I'm going to try and pull this off today. After all, I know the menu! I have set a realistic calorie goal and have pre-tracked my meals, including dessert, to use as a calorie "budget". Church is over, cooking is in progress and 30 free minutes are allotted for exercise. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I'm out of the winner's circle as I went over on calories today by eating too many of the goodies at work, including chips, a couple of candies from the bowl and homemade chocolate chip banana bread. I've been feeling pretty low energy lately, so I've increased my calories and carbs slightly this week. Unfortunately I went over today and I'm okay with that. I'll be back to making better choices tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone left in the challenge and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the US :)

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!! If I had my choice I would call it a day and just crawl back to bed with my migraine but as it's a holiday I'll put on some pretty clothes take a boat load of meds and be on my way.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 50-min outdoor walk

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. I made breakfast for hubby and a guest, and then we unexpectedly stopped for lunch.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No

    I am so proud of @fearlessinmy3rdact; @fitqueenbess !
I enjoyed my morning hike; I tracked; and I went over my calorie limit. On the bright side, I did not spin out of control, rather, I just chose to have the traditional foods which includes pie with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. @EmilyCowlard2016 said it well,"I'll be back to making better choices tomorrow."
Pass! Out of the Winner's Circle, but persistently and relatively consistently accountable

Yes! I did it. I enjoyed my family, the cooking, the eating and even the cleaning up, and the holiday in general. I did what I said and said what I did.
    - Exercise - 2 mile neighborhood walk
    - Tracking - Yes
    - Calories - Yes - well under my generous Thanksgiving allotment.

Thanksgiving was wonderful. I went over my 1,200 calories by about a thousand, but I'm okay with that considering CBS This Morning reported the average Thanksgiving dinner is 4,500 calories! I guess I'm thankful I'm not a gravy & sauce girl.

Didn't fit in any intentional exercise as I planned. I got up at four to cook, but it took longer than expected (my mini-processor crashed & burned), but we'll enjoy spiral sliced, Coca-Cola glazed ham, tarragon green beans & sweet potato casserole for days (the turkey & trimmings are at the in-laws).

    Be well everyone!

It sounds like you all had very happy Thanksgiving days! It seems that I got into to the spirit of if over here in England by over indulging. Not massively. But oops!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?I found out the gym was open so I wanted to go but I was not able to. My husband left early and the daycare was not open. So today I did not go the gym. It was only open until 12. I did do some activity for about 4 hours or more. I cooked a lot this day!!!

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?I went over by 30 calories.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?Yes

I hope everyone had a blessed and happy Thanksgiving. Sorry I am logging so late.
    Yes Xs 3 today! :o
I am shocked but I was able to log everything and keep under my calorie goal for the day. I allowed myself an extra 500 calories but didn't need all of them. I surprisingly wasn't very hungry by the time we got to eat so I didn't pig out like I thought I would have. I don't know if it was from counting calories over the last couple months that didn't make me want to go crazy but somehow I managed to stay under even when I think I over estimated on my meals.
