Help! Keto/measurement question

I started following the Keto diet 3 days ago and today I completely spaced for five seconds and after I poured my kids some lemonade I mindlessly drank like 3 gulps. I looked at the nutrition info and there are 30g of carbs in 8oz. Holy crap, that's a lot! I'm panicking a little about how to measure approximately how much I drank and how many carbs I may have just ingested... So does any one have any idea how many ounces (approx) are in a decent size mouthful? Probably a strange question (haha) I just want to log as accurately as possible. I'd love some advice on how you would handle this. I don't want to undo the progress I've made so far.

I have no idea how many carbs you may have consumed; in all honesty I would have logged 8 ounces to be safe and try to keep my carbs at zero the rest of the day. I did something similar with a bourbon chicken - it was filled with sugar. I was told to "walk it off" literally. Go walk those carbs away before they process any further and you will probably not fall off track.
Beyond that.....take a mouthful of water and spit it into a measuring cup three times. That'll be close enough for hand grenades and horseshoes.5 -
pour yourself 8 oz of water, take 3 big gulps, measure what is left - you have your best estimate of how much you drank in how much is missing.5

A shot glass is generally about a mouthful and it's 1 oz.0
