Determined December goals:
Stay under calories every day - check
Complete all scheduled exercise - check on the Beast workouts, getting in some of my extra workouts but still not 100%, the plague is mostly gone but shark week hit which is equally unpleasant.
Target loss of 2lb for December - my weight is back to where I started, took measurements this weekend and other than the 2" gain in the chest, every other measurement is the same...no gain, but also no loss...<sigh>...I really need to focus on getting all the workouts done for the rest of the month0 -

Keto going slowly as a busy week kept putting junk in front of my mouth. I won that battle about half the time. The junk won the other half.
Working out! On week two of a 12 week program. I'm giving myself a huge high five for getting started as I've procrastinated this for a year.

We cancelled our Christmas Party at our house this year so I don't have to worry about that. But I will be going to my work's Christmas Dinner next Friday so I am going to do my best to stay on track. I really want to save my one cheat meal for my family's traditional Polish Christmas Eve Dinner! Yummy!

Man! Stinking busy extended weekend. Oldest daughter(14) had a doubleheader indoor soccer game last night too. TOM has attacked and is being a real jerk which in turn in making me a real jerk as well.

It was my B-day Yesterday! Got out of it with no cake or ice cream! Jumbo shrimp and salad was dinner. Didn't even drink! I must be getting old! HOOT!
Actually, I did drink on Monday - enough for the week. I'm shut off now.

December goals:
Under 50 net carbs
Take a walk (can be subbed for other exercising) at least 3 days per week I am counting 1 day in which I chased a toddler around the mall. lol
Limit Halo Top to no more than 4 nights a week...it fits in my carbs but it's becoming a nightly habit....
Drink more liquids meh...still struggling
Maintain weight +/- 5 lbs for water retention/hormone fluctuations
