I'm up from last week, so I need to focus to get to the end goal!
Drink 8-10 glasses of water.
Stop eating Christmas candy. Even just one piece a day adds up.
Move more. Getting more steps on a consistent basis, but not really exercising.

My goal was to lose 14 pounds. I wont reach my goal but I am down 5 1/2 pounds so far. I have 2 pounds more to lose before I reach the point where I have been there before but have never gone lower. In the past I have made it down to 136, but thats it. I stay there for a day or two and then I start going right back up. I usually get back into the 140's before I start the cycle again. I am determined to hit 135. That will be a hugh success for me and I know if I can get to 135 I can go all the way to my ultimate goal and hit 129! Lately what has been helping me is that before I eat something I try and find ways to make it less fattening and healthier. If its a sandwich, I leave off the cheese and I skip the chips. I try to do this every meal (I am hoping the small changes will add up).2
