Mod Post: Clarifications Added to Group Expectations

There have been some questions about the Group Expectations, especially regarding what constitutes posts complaining about the Main Forums.

I've added some clarification in the OP and a clarification to the bottom.

HTH everyone understand what is expected of us to keep our group the supportive, safe-haven we love so well.

We've been lenient on grousing about them in the past, and we got into serious trouble for allowing it. We want to keep our group available for you all. Following guidelines set down by the site admins is how we do that for you.

I haven't been as active posting lately but I agree. I check in daily and read what has been posted and it helps me stay on track. I'll be 70 in three weeks and I've spent at least 4 hours in the past 2 weeks removing snow from my sidewalk and driveway. Not bad for a formerly fat T2 who could barely climb the four steps to his front door. I struggled to lose 5 pounds in the "conventional" ways. Lost 70 with the advice and support and inspiration I found here. Thanks to the mods and all the contributors here and Merry Christmas to all who celebrate it.
