I got the Charge 2 for Christmas and have a question. If I do an exercise tape or ride a stationary bike or whatever exercise I do, do I add that to MFP? If not, how do I log my exercises?

Hi everyone. I got my Charge 2 as a Christmas present. I'm loving it so far!
I would love to find new MFP friends and FITBIT friends. Been on here for a while and many of my current friend are inactive atm.
My diary is open and I love to share tips and encougage others to reach their goals.
