I'm going to use January to get back with it exercise wise. I've slacked for awhile. Tennis 2-3 days a week as we have 3 more matches in January. But also walking, strength training and anything else. Get up and get moving!

    WOW!!! Shelley!! I'm so impressed!

I'm with you Kathy and Clara! Got to get back on the bike. Ronan is changing everything, though. There will be big adjustments coming. We will figure it out.

Thanx Chris. I have been working hard on the weights. I did some bent over rows Sunday and was sore on Monday! I loved the feeling of being sore because of lifting and not some frozen shoulder crap. And there is so much you can do with Ronan. Walking. Of course. And I used to put Sanara in a high chair and tickle her as I did cardio around her. Made faces and waved arms. So easy to entertain little ones!

Kathy I am so waiting to hear that you have broken that 190 pound goal. I feel like I have been on this journey with you.

Shell - you have been on this journey with me...no doubt. No more going backwards!

Kathy the only backwards going for you is to hit a tennis ball. B)

Got this challenge done. It really is a great warmup. Gets the blood pumping! <3

Professor Dapper made me do Wampus squats - grateful for TRX. Will do arms tonight too.

Took one of our kitty-boys to visit Dr. Veterinarian - kitty did not appreciate the introduction. Vomiting blood - they don't know why, but they ruled out a lot of bad things.

Shelley, glad to hear your shoulder is getting better.

Paula, how is your kitty. Did you find out what's getting him? How's your weather?

HA! Walked 5+ miles in the rain!! ...by myself...DH afraid of melting, I guess. :D Didn't walk yesterday because somebody (DH) said it was going to rain when we normally walk...it didn't! Then I was asked this morning..."Get up or sleep?" Guess what I picked...so, after we got back from DDD's around 2:00, I put my shoes on and headed out the door. It was crazy...light wind and light rain and it was warm. Of course things changed in the hour plus that I was out there, but it was okay. I was soaked when I got home, so I wonder if you burn more calories carrying jackets and wearing clothes soaked heavy with rain... :D

    Chris,

I'm jealous! I kept thinking how fun it would be to get out in the middle of that crazy windy rain, but hung out with DH safe and warm instead. Congratulations on taking advantage of a great adventure.

$700 to find out Kitty has an inflamed pancreas, but don't know why. Will try prednisone and sensitive_food diet. If that doesn't work, its $700 for more tests.

Not as bad as the friend who paid $300 to find out her kitty was constipated. Then she got this offer "No, Amazon, I do not wish to purchase a 2-year extended warranty on my PAPER COFFEE FILTERS!"

I'm practicing a new rain-soaked-ground-under-house mantra "don't get freaked out if you can't do anything about it. breathe. breathe." My house is creaking - hoping it isn't ominous.

Poor kitty Paula! And I so understand them vet bills. Sometimes I just have to shop around for some procedures. But I always take them to who I trust the most for those kind of things.

Chris I love walking in the rain. As long as I am prepared for it that is.

Walked yesterday and did some legs. Will do more tonight.

Tennis practice - 90 mins. I have a make up match on Wednesday because of the "snow" we had last Saturday. Can't complain...I need the cardio.

Make up match tonight. My partner and I were trounced but I got in about 75 minutes /of good cardio as they ran us allover the court. :D

Yes Shell we had our first snow/ice of the season. Georgia did not completely shut down. That will probably happen in March when we get a late season storm...lol

Kathy fair weather states make me shake my head when they close down. But it is expensive to be prepared for that once a year snow day! Muahaha Glad you are being positive about the cardio along with the trouncing. Is that even a word?

Must print this off so I can do it tonight. Easier if I print it.
