Wanna start asap

Hi everyone I'm looking at starting this as I started jogging a few weeks ago and can't manage to jog for more than a few minutes so got recommended this to try so I can build up gradually. Does it really work and what's the best app to use for an apple? Wanna start tomorrow after failing my 2 mile run tonight :-( any hints tips or anything I need to know.

This really works! The best advice I got was to follow the program and slow down if you need to. It's all about building stamina, speed will come. Have fun!
I have no idea about apps for apple. I used C25K by RunDouble.1 -
yes it does work, if you follow the plan .i used the c25k app from zenlabs, and after that the c210k from the same company. i went from barely running one minute, to running for an hour and 15min. (8.5k) non stop and i'm still progressing.5
