Monthly Weight Loss Challenge

Every now and then on the WW GoaD board , I'd run a monthly weight loss challenge, and I'll bring it back if anyone is interested.

The goal is to weigh less at the end of the month than you do at the beginning of the month. The goal is NOT to lose as much weight as you can in the month. This is about not letting too many weeks get away without progress.

I'll create a post tomorrow, and anyone who wants to participate just post your starting weight. I'll post again at the beginning of March for February results/March starting point. If you're not comfortable sharing your weight, just post weight as "x" and in a month "x-3, or x+2."
