Not sure if we have one of these already, but I find it good to have a mini goal and somewhere to check in. I'm thinking a weightloss goal, and a mindful goal.
My current weight: 88.8kg
My goal for end of February: 86kg
My mindful goal is to increase my physical activity in day to day life (not designated exercise).

Today's weigh in 87.8kg. Seem to have dropped a full kg overnight. Weird.
The weather has been kind here (for summer) and it's only in the mid to high 20's. I'm managing a walk at lunch time. It's good to get out of the office and get some fresh air, and it's great to move about - I have so many aches and pains from sitting all day.1 -
Day 1:
30 minutes assorted daily activity: yes!
Today I walked around the pond.1 -

Woke up with a filthy migraine at 4am. Tried to sleep sitting up for a couple of hours with no luck and then took an extra hour and a half to get the pain down to a manageable level so I could drive to work.
Not sure I'm up to a walk today but we'll see. It's very shiny outside.

Gone backwards for some reason. My lowest in January (10 days ago) was 87.8kg but I've been creeping up again since. I've dropped my calories by 250 a day the last couple of weeks, so it doesn't make sense. SMH
No walk yesterday or today, it's over 40 degrees Celsius. Any more than 3 minutes outside is too much.0
