Plans for staying connected

So one if the hardest things for me, is staying with the logging. I read something the other day that resonated with me. A lady lost over 100 pounds and reported that she would always log to maintain accountability. I think that may have to be me. To be a lifetime logger.

So I'm going to try really hard, to log every day, if possible!!!

I also think we should do a weekly weigh in!!!

Thoughts?
I like the idea of setting % goals or maybe just monthly goals. That way we can focus on the satisfaction of meeting some goals!

    Yes and yes. I'm doing a terrible job logging these days. Realized I didn't do it yesterday at all AND that I can barely remember what I ate. And, I'm all for a weekly weigh in...tracking any way we want to set it up. Thanks!
