I would love to be added as well. I am 5'5" and weigh 146- would like to get down to 130lbs. Need motivation and meal ideas- staying around 1200 calories a day is difficult.

I'm 5'5" and hovering right around 160 lbs. My goal is to get down to 140 lbs. I am looking for other women to keep me motivated on this journey, I feel like I have done this so many times now, I am trying to figure out how to make is stick this time.1

Me too - I'm 5'3.5 weigh 155 (started this year at 165) with goal weight of 135 by Summer or ASAP (whichever comes first) lol!

I'm in! I want to be at GW by May 2nd, my 25th wedding anniversary. Wedding weight. Goal is also to tone up and lower bmi. I have lost 7 pounds since January 4,2017. I'm very motivated. Good health to all!

I want to lose 24 more lbs. I am at 144 lbs. & 5'1" I Lost 45 then had knee replacement but wasnt at my goal yet. Gained about 4 back while recouperating. I workout 4-5 times per week but it isnt coming off. Anyone like me?0

Im 38 and 5’6 151lbs. I would like to be down to 135 by end of May :-) I TRY to eat grain free....I enjoy that way of eating...but just need to plan better so I don’t reach for the stuff my husband and kids are eating. For Cardio I have a peloton bike. I would like to do Cardio at least 5 times a week and lift heavy atleast 3 times a week. I am interested in batch cooking and meal prep.1

I want to lose 10-15 pounds by May 6th. Everytime I get on scale, its like Groundhog day. Scale stays 137-138. No matter what I do, try to stay at 1100 calories and walk 3 miles a day. I am 5 foot 3, 41 years old.0
