    This is really good.

    Stuffed mushrooms with Boursin

Put some mushrooms in a plastic bag with one tab of olive oil - shake
Put mushrooms on a baking tray for 10 mins in a medium/hot oven. Take mushrooms out of oven.
Remove mushroms tails, chop and mix wirh some Boursin (or similar) and black pepper
Put stuffing of Boursin and mushrooms tails back in mushrooms
Another 5 to 8'mins in oven.
The smell is unbelievable and it is low carb.

    Ham Ball
Good for Christmas or Anytime :)

    (2) 8 oz. packages full fat cream cheese (or lite version if you prefer), softened at room temp
3 packages of Buddig Ham, chopped finely
2 green onions, finely diced, white and green parts
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire
    1-2 tsp. garlic powder

In large bowl, mix cream cheese, 2 pks of the chopped ham, onions, Worcestershire, garlic powder. I use my hands to squish it all together. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Form into a ball, then roll in rest of chopped ham. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. This is best next day after flavors have melded.
Serve with cucumbers, celery, squash---whatever veggie you like
For Non low carbers--serve with Club or Townhouse crackers

    So, So Good!!
