Garber6th - I actually like the Nespresso. My only complaint would be the cost of the coffee because I can't refill my own pods.1

After I gained some weight at end of last year my girlfriend and I decided to set some reward goals for sustained weight loss. I had gotten up to 225lbs on Trend Weight. If I could get under 220lbs for 15 days straight she'd get me a new tattoo. Reached that goal a few days ago. Now am sitting at 217.58

@Aztec4Life That's awesome. Congrats. I already have my reward tattoo figured out.
I was struggling after finding out that even though I hit my goal, I still need to wait 3 months for surgery so my boyfriend said if I can get to the 50lb gone marker before my surgery, he will upgrade my fitbit! My fitbit is literally superglued together so I need a new one.5 -
My 50lb goal was a new pair of running shoes. Hit it!!! My 100lb. goal will be a new dress which I'm hoping to hit before my husband and my 19 year anniversary in mid July. After that when I reach my goal weight, it will be a complete new wardrobe shopping spree!!! I cannot wait.3

@Bekah7482 That was the same goal me and my girlfriend had last year when FitBit Blaze came out! They have been great at keeping us motivated and accountable. I have a 96 day step goal streak going.1

@NicoleL874 - Thanks for the Sephora lip stain recommendation.1

I bought a Pandora charm bracelet and every time I hit a new goal (typically 10 pounds) I am purchasing a new charm for my bracelet that means something....7

My rewards are all things that will keep me striving towards a healthier lifestyle. At 10% loss I will take a healthy cooking class, at 20% I will get a rebounder, at 25% I am going to go Zip lining or to an aerial adventure course. Some other smaller ones are getting a mandolin slicer, a subscription to a healthy living magazine, and some new work out attire.2

@MaraOfNaamah Those are awesome goals! Can't wait until I am comfortable enough to get "cute" workout clothes!2

When I got below 200, I said I would start doing the Couch to 5K...week 2 happening now. I had a massage at 25 pounds. Booked my 20th anniversary (1 1/2 years late) trip to Mexico when i hit my 50 lb mark. Looking forward to figuring out the next one...some good ideas.4

I am at 85.5 lbs and when I hit 100 I am going to the jewelry store to treat myself to something sparkly9

I'm still not quite to 80lbs, but I figure F it! I'm going out tonight looking at a new 4KUHD television. That's my reward!8

Hit my all-time low weight this morning. 180# lost since surgery. My girlfriend is buying me/us a at home blood pressure monitor from Costco. Not the sexiest reward but one we're sure to use for years!10

I just bought myself a new car. Sort of as a reward I guess... I had been hanging on to the 15 year old Jetta I was driving until a friend said, "Dale, that car is the OLD you, let it go already." He was right. So I did I think for many of us who have been morbidly obese for a long time, learning to reward or treat ourselves is very important. I think part of the reason we were where we were is because we didn't always feel deserving of more or better, but we totally are deserving!12

Me too!! I am going to when I get under 2502 -
We just booked a trip to Maui with family in late June. In 2004, we celebrated our honeymoon there. If I can stick to my plan, there is a good chance I'll be back to my honeymoon weight (210ish) by the time we go on this trip. It would be great to reward myself by wearing the couple of pieces of clothing from my honeymoon I wasn't able to part with over the years. If I really work hard (and my body cooperates) maybe I can celebrate this reward in onederland.9
