Hello Ladies!
So I am realizing that I need daily support from those that are going through the struggle as well. My friends and family are great, but it is hard for them to understand when they are not overweight so as much as they try to be supportive, it doesn't always work out. I created a groupme so that those that want to can support each other daily, give tips, ideas, and most of all motivation!! 2017 is the year I NEED to get healthy and fight for my life...
