Welcome to everyone who has joined our group!!!!!
I can't wait to get started and be on the path to looking and feeling better and I'm so glad you are all on this journey with me. In 3 months time, we can look back and be so glad we decided to make this change!
Our official weigh-ins will be on Mondays and our 1st one will be Monday, March 6th. I will post the weigh-in thread on the Thursday before the official weigh-in and it will close on noon (eastern standard time) the following Monday. So you will have a window of time to post your weight as I know not everyone likes to weigh-in on Mondays after weekends where they may be a little more lenient with their calorie consumption. I will post the weekly results by Monday evening.
What I need right now from everyone is their starting weight and their end of challenge goal weight. Please post those in the Introduce Yourself thread, just to keep it organized so I only have to look one place for everyone's stats.
If you are taking part in this week's mini challenge, please post on that thread about focusing on the "back to basics" of weight loss, which include hitting our deficits, logging everything, getting our bodies moving more, & being consistent in our efforts.
If you are taking part in the month-long challenge, today is Day 1 of the 30 Day Arms workout and the exercises are posted in March Challenge thread.
