Our March Challenge comes from 30DayFitnessChallenges.com and of course, it's about ARMs to get us Sundress Ready.

Join if you can and post in this thread your challenges and triumphs as you continue throughout the month.

Day 1 starts on March 1st & if case the image doesn't show up for some, I'll post each day what the exercise is as well.

    Sound like a good plan, everyone can adept this as needed to suit their fitness level. The important thing is to be active!

    Day 1 Completed! My goal is to be able to do proper push-ups at the end of this month's challenge. Currently doing a modified push-up.

    Posting the Day 2 Workout for tomorrow:

    6 tricep dips
    4 push ups
    8 mountain climbers

    (Same as Day 1)

    Not sure if I did the dips correctly, and since I am not good full push ups, I did the required 4 modified. Day 1 is now complete with an added beginner Marathon workout!! WooHoo!

    I just found this. I am one day behind. I will catch up. I found it online as well, so I printed it out so I can have it at home to use. My Internet on my phone can be spotty at times.

    Day two done, in addition to regular workout. Got two sets completed. can i just say, I really dislike mountain climbers!

    I've kind of completed the days. I'm just having to do a different plan... can't bare weight through my wrists like that due to an old fracture. Ive followed this hope it's ok to share.
