Our March Challenge comes from 30DayFitnessChallenges.com and of course, it's about ARMs to get us Sundress Ready.
Join if you can and post in this thread your challenges and triumphs as you continue throughout the month.
Day 1 starts on March 1st & if case the image doesn't show up for some, I'll post each day what the exercise is as well.
Let's take starting measurements as well (You don't have to share them if you don't want to) and see what changes we see on April 1st!!

6 Tricep Dips

2 rounds and I worked it in with my planned workout1 -

Day 1 Completed! My goal is to be able to do proper push-ups at the end of this month's challenge. Currently doing a modified push-up.0

Posting the Day 2 Workout for tomorrow:
6 tricep dips
4 push ups
8 mountain climbers

Last thing I did before bed, but I completed my sets for. Day 1!1

Not sure if I did the dips correctly, and since I am not good full push ups, I did the required 4 modified. Day 1 is now complete with an added beginner Marathon workout!! WooHoo!1

I didn't get a chance to see this until later last night. I plan to participate and am going to do day 1 and 2 today!2

I just found this. I am one day behind. I will catch up. I found it online as well, so I printed it out so I can have it at home to use. My Internet on my phone can be spotty at times.2
