    Friday weigh in 3rd Mar - had 7-10 days at maintenance whilst I was ill/travelling, normal service has now resumed :smile:

    I had a really, really bad calorie week. Pizza and booze and little Debbie snacks... And that was just Wednesday night.

    It'll mostly be water retention, up your water intake for a couple of days and it'll drop back off.

    Awesome, another pound down! Kind of wish this moved faster (I feel like I should have lost more than 9lbs since starting this in mid-January), but.. I don't exercise often (no time currently) and I mostly just eat to my calorie limit or under it, so I suppose this isn't bad!

    SW: 216.8
    GW: 145 (may change this depending on what I look like as I shrink)
    CW: 206.8 (was hoping to be down to 200 by now, but I'll take any loss and shrinking measurements over nothing). :)
