So, for ages, I just assumed, I swim therefore I sniffle. Then I kind of had an epiphany and that chlorine and mucus tissues probably don't like one and other. So went out and got some nasal saline and ordered a nose clip. Perhaps I can help my poor nose not be quite so dry and sniffly. We shall see.

If anyone else has anything that works, please do share. :)

    Sorry no advice to give here. But I do sneeze a lot sometimes the nights I swim or in the morning. Took me a while to figure out it was due to the chlorine.

    So I got two different kinds of nose clips and neither work on my nose. Apparently it is wide where it should not be. I am gonna play a bit more, and see if I can't get one of them a bit wider.

    Slightly different perspective: I suffer from occasional, but not terribly severe seasonal allergies.

    When swim, I move a lot more mucus without medication (no, not IN the pool. . but afterwards!) and so I actually find that swimming HELPS me manage my allergy symptoms.
