I wanted to share this with you in case others are interested. Jen Sinkler is starting a free 30 days of kettlebells challenge and I think it's going to be awesome. She will be sending a free workout into your inbox every day for the next 30 days. I would like to try kettle bells. Where's the best place to buy some for a decent price?0

I got mine from amazon and make sure you get cast iron they are way better than the vinyl coated ones and better handles. I use an 8kg and 12kg. 12kg for swings and 8kg for everything else.1

Any stores that sell sports equipment will have some kettlebells. Cast iron ones are good but at one time I had a vinyl one filled with sand. I liked that one as well. At one point in my life (several years ago) I was up to a 45lb kettlebells. After a traumatic fall and some severe injuries I am now starting out with a 10 lb kettlebell. I think that no matter how beat up your body is, there is always something you can do with kettlebells.0

I have a 15lb, a 25lb, and a 35lb. I use the 15 for single arm movements, 25 for swings, and 35 for deadlifts. Amazon was the cheapest place I found. All of mine are cast iron0
