Vacation

Hello Everyone,
I have a question. What do you do on vacation? I'm not going until May, however I don't know if OMAD will work during this time. Has anyone taken a small break during trips and split their meals into two instead of just one. I am going on a mommy daughter trip to Disney with my 9 year old and I know that she will notice if I don't eat during the day. Any experience with this? I know what I probably will do, I'm just looking for some insight.

I think low carb is important in situations like this. You could probably skip breakfast easily, if not eat some eggs. Eat a salad for lunch with some meat in it if you need to eat. A few days of going over usually will not have a big impact after back on the diet for a few more days! Good luck.0

Thank you for the input. I definitely can get away with skipping breakfast and didn't even think of doing low carb. That is a solid plan and great idea.0
