140.8...not as happy as yesterday, but I did have a killer workout w/our trainer yesterday. She had to switch our workout day and DDD couldn't make it yesterday, so it was just me...man!!

Well since you guys are holding me to it.....
Today was a good day. 151. Not a great weight for me but a start. Got in my workouts. The Hero's challenge had me doing push ups. And lots of them!
Kathy way to go! And since I know you are watching me with Paula I will do better.I miss hearing about tennis and your friends.
Paula I sure hope everything is OK with your home. I think of you all the time.

Chris sometimes no matter how good you do the numbers don't always show it. Are your clothes still fitting good? If so that is the better acknowledgement to your hard work.

151.2 this morning. I am happy with it. Just going to keep on plugging away. The scale said I was 151.8 yesterday. And I only put 151 yesterday as my weight.

Down a tiny this morning. 150.8. Mudding and taping in the bathroom almost done. Decided on pain table wallpaper. Now I must pick a color. Going to tile the lower wall by the toilet. Men can be messy. So I want a surface that is easily cleaned!This project sure is taking up lots more time than planned. But should be worth it!

Headed back home from a much needed vacation to Las Vegas. It's been a great week! Ron and I had a fabulous time...it was his first visit. I haven't been on a scale but will weigh in tomorrow morning. Ready to get back with it and tennis starts Sunday. First match of spring season.

126.2. Have been doing better tracking so will keep that up. Have to get back to regular exercise now that my back is better. Sorry I've been gone, but things have settled down somewhat.

I have been running ragged. Trying to get in my workouts. Working with DH in the evenings. Finally getting my replacement Yellow belly regal angel fish this Saturday. Been almost a year! We went to watch Elton John last night. Did not get to bed until after midnight. I need a nap.
Forgot to weigh in this morning. Guess I was tired. Little Sarah avoids me now. Must be the antibiotics I have to force feed her! Her neck is starting to look better. Still nasty though.

195.6 this morning...I'll take it. Less than pre-vacation. We walked a lot in Vegas. Now back to better eating and regular exercise. I have a goal before a ladies trip in May.
