I'm also 5'4"
Currently 117 lbs.
Heaviest is around 120 lbs.
Lowest weight was 99 lbs. as an adult
My current goal weight is about 107-108 lbs. and toned!
Right now I'm on my first week of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I am sore all over and loving it!
I may be a triplet. 5'2" current weight 117. Goal weight 108. Lowest weight 1050 -

started with MFP several years ago and did very well for the first several years.
These past 2 years+ I have been horrible at not logging and not able to seem to keep my motivation to stick to healthy eating....ie....resorting to eating and drinking A LOT of empty calories & not exercising as was my habit prior to starting with MFP.
Looking to try to get back to doing better and resume loosing as I had gotten down to 118 prior to falling off my motivation wagon so to speak....

LW: 109 (very unhealthy - post-separation stress loss)
CW: 135.2
GW: 125 (my measurements are more important to me as I try to be active, love to be outside, and don't want to lose my bust!)

Highest Weight - 147 - about 5 years ago (stress)
Lowest weight - 123 - (lowest weight since hs when I was 118) was hardly eating, strength training and cardio twice a day - 4 years ago
CW - 135/136 - Been hovering there for weeks
GW Range - 123-128
I'm curvy and a 32G. Started Strong Curves three weeks ago. Trying to reach goal by May - in plenty time before my birthday! Hopefully!

The weight needs to be lower than my previous low weights at younger ages because my muscle mass is going down. Now things sag if the fat is too high in an area.

Goal Weight: 135ish....I don’t mind weighing more as long as I am swapping muscle for fat. I am assuming I am around 31% body fat and would like to get down to low 20’s. I gain muscle pretty easy....and I use to be really muscular Pre-kids....so hopefully my muscles with have some good memory.
I have 3 kiddos, 7,9,11. For cardio I enjoy indoor cycling on my Peloton and I am trying to commit to a weight lifting regimen to gain some muscle and tone up.0 -

LOL... Actually, I guess my high weight was 175 when I was preggo.But I guess I don't count that since so much of it was baby/ water weight.
