    all three of us are the same in terms of a goal weight and height! i'm 5'6 but have been measured at 5'6.5 before (i usually just say 5'6).
    i'm currently 114 and my final goal is 110.

    *i'm of asian descendant and am comfortable around 108 pounds, but my lowest was 105.

    I am a yo-yo healthy eater with a 'sweet' and 'bread' problem! I love to exercise but had 2 back surgeries in past year and it slowed me down (but didn't stop me). I feel so much better when I eat healthy and in spite of having some awesome sugar-free recipes, sabotage myself all the time, I am SO tired of my lack of commitment so I am writing here to make my commitment public and be held accountable.

    i'm vegan and i get bored very easily with workouts, so right now i alternate a lot between running, elliptical, barre classes, weight lifting, and at-home HIIT youtube videos.

    @michelesteger and @jc308414 I'm 5'10" ish, 130 is my goal weight and I am close to it. (but I might make it higher because I really should build muscle!)

    LW: around 150lbs - 7 years ago! And I had no muscle tone whatsoever so was flabby.

    GW: Good question. I would say between 150-160lbs

    I really just want to tone up all my wobbly bits so I can feel comfortable in a swimsuit/bikini again. My tummy is a mess. Too much chocolate and lattes I think.

    I've seen this in the forums quite a bit and I thought finding a twin here would be a lot easier seeing as we are all ladies here and we are all considering ourselves to be in roughly the same weight category. Plus I don't know about you but having friends with almost identical goals is pretty motivating for me!! I would love to find some girls on here with goals like mine so we can really help and encourage each other on losing that fat/chub/pudge/jiggle in your wiggle/etc. !!!

    My weight fluctuates depending on if I'm bulking or leaning out. Right now I'm coming off a bulk and leaning out for summer.

    I workout 6X per week (usually twice a day) and have a strict clean diet (macros)

    Hi there! We seem to have some in common. I'm not really one with a sweet tooth, but sandwiches and salty/fried foods, and WINE are my downfall. I work out pretty vigorously 4-5 times a week and have for the last two and a half years yo-yo weight loss and gain due to poor choices on calorie intake. I love that you are making your journey public in an effort to be held accountable! That is exactly what I have been doing as well. I appreciate MFP as a tool for this. It amazes me how much those 100 calorie snacks and such add up if I don't keep track! Good Luck to YOU!!!

    I probably wrote a post some time ago, but I'd like to make some new friends so I'm making a new one.
    I'm 5'3 and around 135lbs (I gained around 20 pounds after maintaining for a year or so and I'd like to get rid of them for good), I'd love to have some friends who eat and lift :)

    I lost the initial 37 pounds a year ago in about 2 months, and maintained fine, weaning myself off MFP as I was getting comfortable with trusting my food choices until this March when I went skiing, forced myself to eat much more than I'm used to and since then I've put on a few pounds eating intuitively because I got used to the high amount of food over that week. So I'm trying to retrain my appetite again and lose the few pounds back to my happy place!
