What is everyone doing for exercise? I ride my bike inside on a Kinetic trainer. I try to get in 30 minutes. But today I did 40. I think I'm getting fitter. When weather is cooperating I walk outside. I'm up to 2 miles with some exertion. But oh, it feels so good after or at least the next day. I really need to do more strength training.

Weightlifting primarily, I cycle when I'm not traveling, which is not often.0

I take walks outside. I have a movement problem, so it's hard for me to run. I average 2 miles a day, but I'm trying to boost it to 2.5 miles and eventually 3 miles a day. I just bought some compression socks for my foot fatigue yesterday. I had a foot strain injury just last week, so I couldn't walk outside for the rest of the week.
I also want to start strength training. Toning. I'm very rusty, so I'm gradually getting into the swing of things. I've never been so consistent in my life until I started Paleo, though! And yes, walking and getting sun alongside fresh air feels so good.
