The training for my new job is more than I expected, with not much time for anything but the job and training this week. It's hard to lose without exercising, when I've been used to having those extra excess calories at the end of each day. I'm looking forward to next week when training is over and I can get into my exercise routine again.

Now I'm just really annoyed. I have been doing well with my calories and I've been working out regularly. There is no reason for my weight to keep going up! I'm up almost 4 lb since March 20th. I've never had problems like this with water retention before.

@rhaiin working out can cause water retention if it's exercises your muscles aren't used to. If you feel you're consistently gaining, maybe try checking the accuracy of your calories in and out, could be your underestimating what you're eating or overestimating your calorie burns for exercise. Happy to take a look at your diary if you want to make it public for a short while to see if anything stands out.

I am sticking with my eating plan. I need to get more activity/exercise. But I am feeling so tired lately. I am thinking maybe I need more calories. Still, I am grateful for the weekly weight loss thus far.
