    LBD:
    40 SEC PLANK
    15 TRICEP DIPS
    20 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

    FW:
    REST DAY

    ***I'm doing the day 4 FW with day 5 LBD tomorrow***

    I've been Sooo sore the last 2 days! I especially feel it in my legs, omg those lunges killed me. I love the feeling of it working though!

    Tuesday: Split days 2&3 of LWD & FW in half doing two sets of each exercise.
    Wednesday: Rest day
    Thursday: Doing days 5&6 of LWD and days 4&6 of FW. Will split those in half as well and do two sets.

    Question : is everyone doing 3 sets of LBD challenge. I'm starting it today so trying to figure out if I start with one or 3? I'll try and catch up!

    I am doing one set because I also following a training program 6 days per week. I know others are doing 3 sets. The LBD will get tougher as the days progress so I would do what is within your comfort level.
