Wednesday: Rest day
Thursday: Doing days 5&6 of LWD and days 4&6 of FW. Will split those in half as well and do two sets.2 -

I am doing one set because I also following a training program 6 days per week. I know others are doing 3 sets. The LBD will get tougher as the days progress so I would do what is within your comfort level.
