I always enjoy Attia's blogs. His most recent one was on reversing T2D so I thought I'd share it here. :)

This is one of the best articles ever on reversing T2D.

The preliminary results from Indiana U/Virta's research are extremely encouraging - thanks for posting!

    The study:

Conclusions: These initial results indicate that an individualized program delivered and supported remotely that incorporates nutritional ketosis can be highly effective in improving glycemic control and weight loss in adults with T2D while significantly decreasing medication use.

I'm getting closer to reversing my diabetes through fasting and Ketogenic diet. A1c Was 9.9 in October, lowered it to 6.3 in January...hoping below six now...will see how close I am to non diabetic in a few weeks when A1c redone!

Have been diabetic for 15 yrs, was about to go on insulin before I changed my diet, recommend everyone read Jason Fungs 'the obesity code' it changed my life!

    Wow! Congratulations!

Fasting is one tool I have not used much. It seems to lead to overeating back my calories for some reason. I keep meaning to give it another go,and your story is motivating. :)
