Question : is everyone doing 3 sets of LBD challenge. I'm starting it today so trying to figure out if I start with one or 3? I'll try and catch up!
I did 3 the 1st couple of days and now will adjust as needed. So today I'll do 3 sets of the jumping jacks & high knees but only one set of the burpees...I just can't do 60 burpees, the 20 today that is in 1 set is challenging enough.0 -
Day 6... both challenges...✔️
*disclaimer: I did 3 sets but only 10 Burpees each set, so only 30 Burpees total. I had to be realistic. Going to shoot for 15 each set the next 2 times we have those0 -

10 bent over rows (FW)
25 jumping jacks (LBD)
20 burpees (LBD)
20 high knees (LBD)
10 bent over rows (FW)

Well I did 60 burpees and this is my spirit typing because I'm dead. I realized I was holding the plank position for like 3 seconds after each one so when I starting popping out of the plank each time things got better.2

I did mine as part if a treadmill workout:
Ran .75 mile
25jumping jacks/20burpees/20high knees
2 x 10 rows
Ran .75 mile
25 jumping jacks/5 burpees/20 high knees
2 x 10 rows
Ran .5 mile
25 jumping jacks/5 burpees/20 high knees
2 x 10 rows

4/3: Used day 1 from both LBD & FW as my warm up for my run. Restarted C210K today, feeling really good.
4/4: Split days 2&3 of LWD & FW in half doing two sets of each exercise.
4/5: Rest day
4/6: Split days 5&6 of LWD and days 4&6 of FW in half and did two sets.
4/7: 1 set of day 7 of LWD & FW this morning

Day 7, 3 sets of both completed. I may be sore tomorrow, though. 3 sets of lunges with 10lb bicep curls added, 3 sets of squats with 10 lb overhead shoulder press added and 3 sets of bridges.1

Thx. Now if I could just figure out this food in stuff....I got the exercise out down. It's always been about what goes into my mouth that causes my problems...lol2 -
