Plus big congrats to everyone who showed up to the weigh-in no matter your results, staying accountable is the key!
If you didn't see the results this week that you wanted, take a minute and think of one thing you can do different this new week. One thing that will make a difference and make it something you know you can do. Write it down and post it somewhere where you will have to look at it everyday, several times a day. Focus on making this one small change and have it make a big impact on your results next week. We can do this!!!
Don't forget to PM me your weight for this week if you didn't get a chance to post it

I have worked very hard walking 20,000 steps a day, doing a bit more exercise, and watching what I eat very carefully. It is so worth it!

Yay! Hannah! You were feeling discouraged last week and you didn't let it derail your progress!0 -
Thanks @SmithsonianEmpress and @Mjtckwnow!
I seriously don't think I could have stuck with it this long if I didn't have this group of such encouraging women to keep me accountable and in good spirits! You've helped me realize that the number on the scale each week will fluctuate but it shouldn't be something I dwell on.
I've been living this new lifestyle for almost 8 weeks now and feel healthier and more in control of my body than I ever have, even though I'm still 50+ lbs away from my ultimate goal weight. Healthy living is truly a journey and not just about the destination.
You all inspire me so much!
(Ok, sappy rant over)3
