How to find LC-friendly doctor? (SE Michigan)

I'd like to find a new endocrinologist. Any thoughts on how to find one who's Keto-friendly and really "gets it"? Somewhere in the Southeast Michigan general area (Detroit/Ann Arbor/Toledo) would be ideal, but I have no idea how to start looking.
