4/3: Used day 1 from both LBD & FW as my warm up for my run. Restarted C210K today, feeling really good.
4/4: Split days 2&3 of LWD & FW in half doing two sets of each exercise.
4/5: Rest day
4/6: Split days 5&6 of LWD and days 4&6 of FW in half and did two sets.
4/7: 1 set of day 7 of LWD & FW this morning
4/11: Skipped Monday, so this AM I split day 9LWD & 8FW into 2 sets. This afternoon I'll do days 10&11 LWD and 9&11 FW split into 2 sets.
4/13: Won't be working out tomorrow, my husband has a surprise planned, so I mushed together days 13-15LWD AND 12,14&15FW. Split them into 3 sets for my evening workout.1 -

(As you can see I replaced the burpees...I may work on them next month...as in, building my body to be able to actually do them)1 -

I agree! thank you for putting this group together! accountability and my love for scratching things off lists are motivating me to finish strong!2 -
I'm flip-flopping my days. I'm taking the Day 20 Rest Day for LBD & FW today and will do the Day 19 of both tomorrow - otherwise with my running schedule I won't get a true day off this week, which I really need! See you back here on Thursday1
