Agree. As a T2, sweet potatoes are not a staple for me. If I leave that out and sub my typical 2 mugs of coffee with HWC and coconut oil, I should have sufficient calories for the morning.0

Looks like a typical breafast to me minus tater. I tend to be 50/50 on breakfast food versus just coffee with cream.0
