Have you found a recipe online that you want to share? If you can provide the direct URL (link) to the recipe, that is great. If you have it in a non-image format, there are programs that can help convert it to an image. You can also load PDFs to your box/dropbox/onedrive, etc locations and share that link here. Unfortunately, you cannot upload a PDF to this forum, but you can upload an image. That is also an option!

Here are some links that you can use on your desktop:

Here's a recipe for ya. I call it my PB&J breakfast.

1 scoop good quality vanilla protein powder
    1 scoop peanut butter powder
    1 tbls MCT Oil
    1 tsp Maca Powder
1 tbls Cacao Powder (get the good stuff)
Handful of berries (freshly frozen is my pref)
Frozen Spinach (I get mine at Costco and freeze it immediately)

Blend it and have a good breakfast.

Oh, and sometimes I add a scoop of oats

What are your favorite breakfast ideas? I am kind of stuck on Vanilla Greek Yogurt and Kashi cereal at this point (160calories for .5C of Yogurt with 26g of cereal). I try to stay around 1200 calories a day (and I prefer a snack after dinner) so that doesn't leave me very many calories to play with. And eventhough they sent us a blender, I am just not a huge fan of smoothies as a meal (or maybe I just haven't found the right one yet)

Did the blender come with the original mailing or after you were on program for 6 weeks or so?

The blender came later for me. Maybe about 2 months out.
