Need more fat

I'm new to this Keto thing and I'm having a hard time getting my fat intake higher! I need suggestions and maybe some friends

Maybe you don't actually need to.
Fat is just to satiety. You can get enough by just eating already naturally high fat foods like beef, skin on chicken, cheese, and using full fat dressings on salads and stuff.

If it is a satiety issue, look towards fattier cuts of meat and things like avocados and coconut oil...

So if I'm not hitting my fat goal everyday that's ok? I seem to be under on fat, over on protein and right on usually on carbs. Obviously I'm super new to this!0

Yes, it's okay. As long as you aren't adding a ton more carbs/protein to not be hungry, your hunger will naturally change, go up and down, over time. Take advantage of feeling full on less while you can!0

Think about it this way - why would you eat more if you aren't hungry just because a computer calculation tells you to? If you're truly not hungry?1
